7. Member-Only Access

To protect our community’s private information (such as internal directories or board meeting minutes), certain areas of the site require a secure login.

 

Eligibility: Access is restricted to current residents and homeowners within Kearney Lodge.

 

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please do not share your password with anyone outside of your household.

 

Access Termination: The Board reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if a resident moves out of the community or if the account is used in violation of these policies.

 

8. Community Discussion Guidelines

Our forum is a digital "front porch"—a place to share recommendations, discuss neighborhood improvements, and get to know your neighbors. To keep this space helpful and friendly, all users must adhere to the following:

 

Be Neighborly: Treat others with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, or "flaming" of neighbors will not be tolerated.

 

No Commercial Spam: This forum is for community building. Please do not use it to solicit business, post "multi-level marketing" opportunities, or spam the board. (Occasional local recommendations are welcome!)

 

Privacy First: Do not post the private phone numbers, email addresses, or personal information of other neighbors without their explicit consent.

 

Stay Relevant: Keep discussions focused on community matters. Political campaigning or divisive non-community topics should be avoided.

 

Moderation: The community acts as the moderator. We reserve the right to remove any post that violates these guidelines or to "mute" users who repeatedly ignore them.

 

9. User-Generated Content

By posting on our community forum, you grant the KLCC a license to display that content on the website. However, the views expressed in the forum belong to the individual posters and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Board or the nonprofit organization.
