  • EDCO is our normal trash pickup.  Most homes have 2 cans (Recycle & Trash).  The park bills residents for trash pickup.  Contact the office is an extra can is needed for a week as they have some to loan out.  Once a year the management does a Dumpster Day, where they get a few roll off dumpsters and residents can dispose of large items by bringing them to the front of the park.  Check the newsletters from the management that come with your monthly statements for dates.  For hazardous materials checkout https://www.sandiego.gov/environmental-services/ep/hazardous

  • As required by California Civil Code 9798.43.1, please note that the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program offers a discount on monthly gas or electric bills

    for qualifying low-income residents. The serving utility for our mobilehome/manufactured home community that provides CARE information and applications is San Diego Gas and Electric (SDGE), and you may contact the company directly at the following number: 1-877-646-5525, or

    The California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program can provide you with a discount on your monthly energy bill (electricity and gas). It's quick and easy to apply online, no documentation is needed, and your information is kept private. We will not share any of your personal information with third parties. Once approved for the program, you'll receive your discount for two years. After two years, you'll have to  renew your application to make sure you still qualify. For families on a fixed income, renewal is every four years.

    Who Qualifies?

    To receive the CARE discount, you must already participate in certain public assistance programs or

    meet the income guidelines. If you do not qualify for the CARE program, we will automatically check to

    see if you qualify for FERA, which provides an 18% monthly discount on electric use for families of three or more.

    CalFresh (Food Stamps) / SNAP

    CalWORKs (TANF) or Tribal TANF

    Head Start Income Eligible (Tribal Only)

    The California Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL), found in Civil Code §798, governs the landlord-tenant relationship between mobilehome park management and homeowners who own their homes but rent spaces. It covers rental agreements, park rules, rent increases, and evictions. Enforced through courts rather than state agencies, the MRL requires managers to follow specific procedures for rules and evictions.

  • To report a gas leak, call 858.277.6060 and inform community personnel of the situation and the

    location of the leak. Do not make the phone call from the area where the gas leak is present.
