Treasurer's Report: Valerie Dombrow, ordering of payment for approved bills:

Previous Business

Neighborhood Watch: National Night Out: Disappointing turnout. Small # of residents, no police officers and no agenda.

Suggestions for next NNO: Have officer attend a NW meeting prior to NNO, with the hopes to educate & encourage resident interest NW BC motorcade around park to call on residents to attend NNO.

Craft Fair: To be held on November 1st, 10AM-2PM. Advertise with signs

(CVS affordable deals) into Clairemont community; advertise in NL and add

more slots for sellers

New Business

Sickness & Distress:

Ellen: long-time park resident and community-dedicated volunteer passed

away Monday, Aug. 4th. She will be greatly missed, warmly remembered

and appreciated.

Mary Jo: Returns home today, Sat Aug 9th, from rehab home, following her

pace-maker surgery. Get well wishes from KLMHP

Future of The Connector newsletter: new advertising opportunities, ads

running, digital newsletter, posting on the bulletin boards at clubhouse and

laundry rooms

In lieu of a large event before end of year, KLCC will host a Meet & Greet

time (with snacks and treats) preceding or following the monthly

meeting.

E-waste event will be held in conjunction with the next dumpster day

KLCC President: We thank Arin Wiggins for her service to KLCC and KLMPH these last two years. For personal and scheduling reasons, she will be stepping down from service as KLCC president

Unfinished Business

Wendy Hunter has volunteered as interim president until official officer elections in December
